If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products you purchase from Canopy Point Coffee.

Our goal is to satisfy every Canopy Point customer. Therefor you may return any order within 30 days for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) or receive a product replacement. If you wish to return an order please contact sales@canopypointcoffee.com, and a customer service representative with help process your return.

Certain orders require that we receive the returned product before issuing a refund. If this is the case, we will issue you a return label free of charge. Please do not return an order without contacting our customer service team (sales@canopypointcoffee.com) first as each return is processed on a situational basis.
